Honest about languages
No list of promises, but a test with your languages.
Quality differs per language
That's why we don't name a fixed number of languages. With widely spoken languages we expect the best results, with smaller languages and dialects it can be less precise.
The original is there
You always see the original answer next to your translation, so you can check a doubtful case.
We test your languages first
In a pilot measurement we first look at how it works with your target group's languages, before you base anything on it.
Where you use it
Anywhere not everyone speaks the same language.
Privacy and trust

And never used to train AI models.
Anonymous when you choose
You choose per interview whether answers are anonymous. Anonymous means you never see who said what.
Open about the AI
Everyone knows from the first message that it is an AI, in their own language.
Traceable
Every theme shows the count and the verbatim quotes, with the original.
Questions about languages
Which languages does it work in?
Everyone gets the questions in their own language and answers by typing or speaking. Quality differs per language, so we don't name a fixed number. In a pilot measurement we test your target group's languages before you build on it.
How do I know the translation is right?
You always see the original next to your translation, and the verbatim quotes for every theme. In doubt, you read the original answer.
Do I have to write the questions in every language?
No. You write in yours, Febaso holds the conversation in the respondent's language.
Can people speak instead of type?
Yes, answering can be typed or spoken. Whatever someone finds easiest is fine.
Do answers from different languages really end up in one theme?
Yes. A Polish and a Dutch answer about the same problem come together, and you read them in your language.
What happens to the answers?
They are processed within the EU and never used to train AI models. Every customer signs a data processing agreement, and data is deleted on request.
Let everyone answer in their own language.
In a thirty-minute intro I show it with your target group's languages. Or try the demo first.
