This is the privacy statement of this website. For the product itself (the conversations, the respondents' answers) a separate data processing agreement applies with each customer.

## This website

This website sets no cookies, so it needs no cookie banner. We count visits ourselves, on the Cloudflare network the site already runs on, in a database in the European Union; no analytics company is involved. To count visitors per day, we combine a shortened IP address and your browser's type with a key that changes every day and is then deleted, so we cannot recognise you the next day. We store no IP addresses, keep the counts for at most 25 months, and only look at totals:

- which pages are visited, and from which website and country visitors come
- the type of device and browser
- clicks on Start free, Book an intro and Analyse feedback, and where on the page
- starting and finishing the demo
- sending the contact form, not what you wrote

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we don't count your visit at all. We count on the basis of legitimate interest: learning which parts of the site help people. The site runs on Cloudflare's global network, which briefly keeps technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) to deliver and secure the site.

## If you email us

If you email us, we use your name, email address and what you write only to reply and, if you ask, to set up a conversation or a trial. We do not share that data with third parties and keep it no longer than needed.

## If you use the contact form

If you send the contact form, we receive what you fill in (name, organisation, work email and your message, plus title and phone number if you give them), the page you sent it from and the type of browser. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on your request, do not share it with third parties and keep it no longer than needed.

## The product

Febaso processes respondents' answers on behalf of the organisation holding the conversation. Processing takes place within the EU and answers are not used to train AI models. What exactly applies is set out in the data processing agreement with that organisation.

## Your rights

You may always ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted. Email info@febaso.comfor that. If we cannot resolve it together, you can turn to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
